Prevailing Pray Ministries exists to ignite a movement of powerful, faith-filled prayer warriors. We are dedicated to teaching, equipping, and encouraging believers to develop a strong prayer life, rooted in the Word of God and led by the Holy Spirit. We must keep God first in all that we do.
Dr. Pamela Holley is the visionary and founder of Prevailing Pray Ministries. With a heart for prayer and intercession, she has dedicated 10 years to morning faith nuggets a call in prayer line M-F at 5:55 AM and four years as the pastor at Prevailing Prayer Ministries. Through dynamic preaching, prophetic insight, and unwavering faith, Dr. Holley leads this ministry with a mission to see lives transformed through the power of prayer.

1. Purpose
Our purpose at Prevailing Prayer Ministries is to positively impact this world through prayer and presence! We do this, one person and one community at a time through preaching, teaching, workshops, and conferences. Knowledge is power, and according to Hosea 4:6, “People are destroyed for the lack of knowledge”. This ministry is all about teaching and empowering individuals to be productive citizens.

Prevail in prayer, transform through teaching, inspire through preaching, experience authentic worship, and win souls to Christ to positively impact and empower the communities we serve.

Prevail in prayer and serving until Godly impact, change, and breakthroughs are felt throughout the community and the world. Establish programs and sheltering that will minister to the needs and address the challenges of children, impoverished families, homeless individuals, abused persons, and the medically & emotionally fragile population.
